REFUND POLICY
At The Game Foundry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging to qualify for a return. We are unable to accept returns on opened products, painted miniatures, or items showing signs of use.
How to return: Contact us at info@thegamefoundry.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
