Returns & Refunds

Can I return opened paints or sprays?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened paint pots or aerosol sprays unless the product is faulty.

Yes, all Citadel paints and Games Workshop products we stock are genuine and sourced through official channels.
Which primer should I use with Citadel paints?
For dark colour schemes, use a black or grey primer. For bright or light schemes, White Scar spray gives the best results with the Citadel paint range.
